I want to build a website, and I wanted to know of some good sites that let you do it for FREE. I’ve tried Webstarts and that only gives you like 4 pages to work with. Also, how can you direct people to the site, and even make money of websites?? I am totally not in the know about this stuff so any help is highly appreciated!!
